About the platform

What we do

StockMarketSignals turns the firehose of finance YouTube into a ranked, sourced, and continuously updated view of what credible analysts are actually buying — and why.

Mission

Replace tip-chasing with evidence.

Retail investors get their ideas from YouTube — that's not going to change. What's broken is the asymmetry: a single video pushes a narrative, and you have no way to know whether 30 other credible voices agree, disagree, or never mentioned the name at all.

We watch the videos so you don't have to. Every upload from our curated channel list is transcribed, parsed for tickers, stance-tagged, and folded into a rolling 14-day score. The result: a single, auditable number per ticker that reflects the weighted consensus of the analysts you'd otherwise be watching one at a time.

No paywalls on the data. No hidden picks. The score, the sources, and the math are all public — see the methodology or the technical breakdown.

How we think about signals

01

Aggregate, don't amplify

One loud voice is noise. Dozens of independent analysts arriving at the same name — that's signal. We weight by track record, not by follower count.

02

Quantify the qualitative

Every claim on finance YouTube has a stance, a confidence, and a source. We extract all three, attach a verifiable timestamp, and let the math decide what matters.

03

Show the work

Every score links back to the videos, creators, and exact quotes behind it. No black box, no proprietary mystery — open methodology, auditable inputs.

04

Information, not advice

We surface what credible creators are watching. Decisions, allocation, and risk are yours. We are not your broker, and past calls do not predict future returns.

What this is
  • +A research starting point — see what credible analysts are watching, fast.
  • +A consensus filter — separate one-off mentions from real corroboration.
  • +A sourced trail — every score links to the videos and quotes behind it.
What this isn't
  • Financial, tax, or investment advice — we don't know your situation.
  • A track record of returns — YouTuber popularity is not performance.
  • A substitute for your own diligence — always read filings before buying.
FAQ

Common questions

What is StockMarketSignals?

StockMarketSignals aggregates stock mentions from 100+ curated finance YouTubers, tags each as bullish, neutral, or bearish, and combines them into a single reliability-weighted score (0–100) per ticker, refreshed every 6 hours.

How is the signal score calculated?

For each ticker we sum reliability weight × stance × confidence across all qualifying mentions in a rolling 14-day window, normalize to a 0–100 index, and add a consensus bonus when three or more independent channels mention the same name. Only signals scoring 40 or above are published.

Is StockMarketSignals financial advice?

No. StockMarketSignals is an information and research tool that surfaces what credible finance creators are watching. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice, and YouTuber popularity does not predict future returns.

How often is the data updated?

Scores recompute every 6 hours using a rolling 14-day window of recent videos, so the board reflects current creator sentiment rather than stale calls.

Is it free to use?

Yes. The scores, sources, and methodology are all public with no paywall and no signup required.
